Services

Conference Center Feasibility
This includes a combination of demand analyses, supply analyses, development of financial proformas, and initial space programming. This service is typically provided to corporations, colleges and universities, not-for-profit organizations, and commercial developers.




Initial Business Plans
Conference Center Consulting Group typically participates in conceptual planning and development, development of initial business plans and proposals, preliminary marketing strategies, financial plans, and resources of the development team.




Space Programming
We assess the specific demand characteristics for a conference center project and provide the client (often architectural firms) a comprehensive list of meeting room types and capacities. The Company also conducts space programming analyses of existing meeting and conference facilities.

This is the traditional market demand study involving primary research of potential user groups and extensive research into the performance of comparable and competitive facilities.




Management and Operational Consulting
This includes compensation and benefit studies, operations reviews, reviews of operating budgets, reviews of management contracts, and guidance in establishing criteria for selecting a management company.




Sales and Marketing Consulting
