Development of RFPs and Management Company Selection

This process includes preparing RFP’s, identifying potential operators, developing selection criteria in concert with the owner and conducting the process for the operator selection. This project also includes management agreement development and negotiation.

Management Contract Development and Review

This service, provided to both operators and managers, prepares, identifies, and develops favorable terms for operating conference centers. This process also includes benchmarking, a review of litigation, industry contract preparation, and negotiation support.
